DOES MODALANE GUARANTEE ITS PRODUCTS?

Of course! We're 100% committed to making you happy. Each Product is hand checked by a member of MODALANE before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your Product arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen.

If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason of return, within 14 days from receiving your order

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.

Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. If items are returned with any of blemish and not in the way it was delivered. Moda Lane reserves the right to cancel the return/exchange without a refund and the item will be sent back to you (shipping costs not included)

Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, and accessories are non-returnable.

Exchanges and Refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.

Returns made will be refunded in the same mode of payment.

Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Return packages and Shipping remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
